Train. Reset. Rise.
A boxing & lifestyle retreat in Bali, built for the bloke who gives everything to everyone else. Train alongside professional heavyweight Liam Talivaa. Come back reset, recalibrated, and ready.
For the
man who
gives
everything
to everyone
else.
You're the bloke who shows up. You grind at work. You provide for the people you love. You hold it all together.
And somewhere along the way, you stopped making time for yourself.
Your training has gone backwards. Once a week if you're lucky. You used to feel sharp. Now you just feel tired.
You're giving everything to everyone else. Family. Work. The people around you. Always on. There's nothing left for the version of you that built this life in the first place.
You miss the brotherhood. Boys you used to train with, eat with, push each other with. That energy is hard to find when you're heads down providing.
You keep putting yourself last. And you tell yourself it's for them. But the truth is, a stronger you makes everything stronger.
This retreat was built for you. Not as an escape from your responsibilities. As fuel for them.
I had a moment on my road run in Thailand training camp. Early morning. Jungle air. I thought, how good would it be to have a bunch of like minded boys right here, training and eating together.
It doesn't stop
at the gym door.
Liam's words: "We're all in this together. We ride every low and celebrate every high, because the love doesn't stop at the gym." That's the standard this camp is built on.
Men who back each other
A small group by design. No strangers by day two. You train together, eat together, and pull each other through the hard sessions.
No ego. Just work.
Nobody here is trying to prove they're the toughest in the room. Every level is welcome. The only thing asked of you is that you show up.
More than a holiday
Look back in ten years and this isn't the trip you took. It's the point things changed, and the boys you went through it with.
Built in a
garage.
Forged in
the gym.
Liam Talivaa didn't grow up in a boxing academy. He started training with his father in law in a garage before stepping into a proper gym in 2020. What he found there didn't just change his career. It changed the direction of his life.
Growing up in Western Sydney, Liam was caught in a cycle he knew wasn't right. Boxing gave him focus, discipline, and purpose, and he's been professional ever since. He's seen it transform not just himself, but every man around him who committed to the work.
He built this retreat for the same reason he fights: to prove that a lifestyle built on structure, health, and brotherhood makes you stronger in everything you do.
More than
a coach.
The kind of training relationships that don't end at the gym door. Real words from the boys who've put in the work alongside Liam.
A role model, inside the gym and out.
Liam is more than just a boxing coach. He has been a huge role model to me, and he has always been there when I've needed guidance, support, or someone to push me to be better.
His passion for boxing goes far beyond just training fighters. He has a genuine love and deep understanding of the art of boxing. You can see that passion in the way Liam teaches, and the attention he gives to every person he works with.
He takes pride in perfecting the craft of his clients, making sure they not only improve physically but also understand the art and discipline behind boxing. His dedication, knowledge, and care for his students make him someone I truly respect.
A sharp eye, a clear plan, and a coach who actually cares.
Liam is not just an outstanding boxer but a truly phenomenal coach. I've been training with him for the past three years, and he has played a huge role in my progress.
He always comes prepared with a clear training plan and knows exactly how to push me to my limits while keeping me motivated. What sets him apart is his sharp eye for detail. He notices even the smallest technical flaws and works patiently with me to make the adjustments.
Most importantly, Liam genuinely cares about my goals and is always helping me achieve them.
