Boxing Warm-Up
Pads and combinations led by Liam. No experience needed. Everyone from first-timers to regulars, same circle. Bring your gloves.
2K Loop Run
A steady, social pace around Centennial Park. Run, jog, walk. There's no last place. Bring your running shoes.
Coffee At Homestead
The most important part. Earned coffee, real conversation, no agenda. Stay as long as you want.
Just Show Up
Bring a mate who's been quiet lately. Or come on your own, you'll know someone by 7:30. That's the whole idea.
